Parents have the right to review, request deletion of, and refuse further collection of their child’s information by contacting us.

  • Request deletion of your information and your child’s information

  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

Registered users can permanently delete their account and associated student data via the User Portal under Account Settings, or by emailing us.

Terms & Conditions


1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in programs, events, services, and activities offered by The Open Podium Project. By registering for or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The Open Podium Project welcomes students and participants of all ages.

  • Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • Parents/guardians may be required to complete consent or liability forms before participation.

  • You agree to provide accurate and current registration information.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid Programs or Events

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of registration and at least 7 days before the event date.

Refunds will not be issued:

  • For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event

  • If a promotional or referral code was used during registration

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Free Events

Free events do not require refund requests.

Event Changes or Cancellation

If The Open Podium Project cancels or reschedules an event, participants may:

  • Transfer registration to a future event

  • Request a refund, if applicable

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By registering, you authorize payment for the selected program or event.

5. Media Release

The Open Podium Project may take photos, videos, or screenshots during events for educational or promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the event.

6. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully.

Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from programs or events without refund.

7. Parent & Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for participants before and after events and for providing accurate emergency contact information.

8. Intellectual Property

Materials, resources, and content provided by The Open Podium Project are for personal educational use only and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation in activities is voluntary. The Open Podium Project is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation, except where required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

The Open Podium Project may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
